Practice Statistics

In the eCentral Communication Manager, you can set up correspondence templates, create and view patient surveys, manage correspondence you have sent, create a patient newsletter, send and view referrals, and view your practice statistics. When you click the Correspondence Manager button from the DXWeb toolbar, the Communication Manager opens to the Practice Statistics page.

 

When you click the Correspondence tab, the Practice Statistics page opens. The Practice Statistics page lists the statistics that pertain to your correspondence, including the statistics about patient satisfaction scores, email appointment correspondence, text message appointment correspondence, post card appointment correspondence, patient referrals, and provider referrals. By default, these statistics reflect cumulative totals (except the satisfaction scores, which are shown for the past month, past six months, and past year).
