The Letters & Lists dialog box includes buttons for several letter categories, such as birthday letters, continuing care letters, and so forth.
Clicking a button displays a dialog box with the list of available letters in that category. You can remove letters from these categories if you don't use them.
To remove a letter from one of the letter categories
1. In the Office Manager, click Letters & Custom Lists.
The Letters & Lists dialog box appears.
2. Click the category button for the letter type you want to remove.
A dialog box appears listing the letters for the category.
3. Select the letter that you want to remove.
4. Click Delete.
Note: Dentrix will not delete the letter template file from the \Dentrix\Common\Doc folder.
