When you log in to Dentrix Mobile, you will need to provide a customer ID, user name, and password. If you're an eCentral user with an existing account, simply enter your eCentral Customer ID, user name, and password. If you are not currently an eCentral customer, you can obtain a free Dentrix Mobile account by filling out the Dentrix Mobile Registration form when you visit www.dentrix.com/mobile.
You can find this ID (the eCentral ID) in the welcome email message sent to you when your account was created. If you no longer have this email and do not know your eCentral ID, call 1-800-734-5561 to obtain your ID.
Note: You must enter a customer ID when logging in to Dentrix Mobile because you can have multiple Dentrix Mobile user accounts for your practice. And, in order to group user accounts together under one practice, Dentrix Mobile uses your customer ID.
Once you log in to Dentrix Mobile, you can then set up an alias for your customer ID and use that alias to log in to Dentrix Mobile in the future.
The customer ID also appears in the automated email message sent to you in the following situations:
· When your Dentrix Mobile user account was created.
· When the alias for your customer ID was added or changed.
Note: The ID is not case-sensitive.
You can find your user name in the automated email message sent to you in the following situations:
· When your eCentral account was created.
· When your Dentrix Mobile user account was created or user name was changed.
Note: The user name is not case-sensitive.
Unless you changed or reset it, your password is one of the following:
· The password in the welcome email message sent to you when your eCentral account was created.
· The password you set by clicking the Set Password link in the automated email message sent to you when your Dentrix Mobile user account was created.
