The Provider Credit Balances Manager toolbar

The Provider Credit Balances Manager includes a toolbar to provide access to the Family File and Ledger as well as allocating credit balances.

Description

Family File

Click to store and display important patient information, such as the patient’s name, address, phone number, health history, birth date, insurance coverage, employer, and referral information.

Ledger

Click to open the Ledger from which you can enter payments, file claims, print statements, set up financial agreements, and more.

Refresh

Click to refresh the Provider and Credit Balances Manager window.

Copy To Clipboard

Click to copy the contents of the Provider Credit Balances Manager to the Windows Clipboard. You can then paste the contents into a spreadsheet, such as Excel.

Allocate Credit Balances

Click to open the Allocate Credit Balances dialog box from which you can specify which providers should receive part of an over-payment or a credit after procedures have been entered. You can also transfer patient or provider balances within a family without affecting the aging of the account.
