Running reports or tasks now

You can run a report or task immediately.

To run a report or task now

1.   In the Ledger, click Task Scheduler.

The Reports and Tasks Scheduler dialog box appears.

2.   In the Available Tasks or the Scheduled Tasks list, click the report or task you want to run.

Note: You cannot run a report or task in the Scheduled Tasks list that is suspended.

3.   Do one of the following:

·        Available Tasks – Click the Run selected task now button.

A dialog box corresponding to the task you want to run appears. If desired, change any of the default settings, and then click OK.

·        Scheduled Tasks – Click the Run the selected task or queue button, and then click Run Selected Task.

The task runs.
