Deleting reports or tasks

You can delete reports and tasks from the Scheduled Tasks list.

Note: Deleting a report or a task removes it from the Scheduled Tasks list, but not from the Available Tasks list. If the report or task you delete is active or scheduled, it still appears in the Scheduled Tasks list but its state is changed to "Suspended."

To delete a report or task

1.   In the Ledger, click Task Scheduler.

The Reports and Tasks Scheduler dialog box appears.

2.   In the Scheduled Tasks list, click the report or task that you want to delete.

3.   Do one of the following:

·        Click Unschedule.

The following message appears.

·        Click the Delete the selected task or queue button in the Scheduled Tasks toolbar, and then do one of the following:

·        Click Delete Selected Task.

The following message appears.

·        Point to Delete Queue, and then click Monthly, Yearly, or Daily.

A warning similar to the following appears.

4.   To delete the scheduled task, click Yes.
