In order to open RCM Dashboard from Dentrix and to automatically log in to view payments and billing report data for your practice, you must have a valid eTrans User ID and password entered and saved in eTrans Setup (Office Manager > Maintenance > Practice Setup > Electronic Claims Setup). An eTrans User ID and password is provided when you register for eClaims or is automatically generated and saved for you when you set up QuickBill in Dentrix. If you are not an eClaims or QuickBill user, you can request an eTrans User ID and password by contacting Dentrix Support.
Once you have verified that your eTrans User ID and password is saved in eTrans Setup, you can open the Dentrix RCM Dashboard from Dentrix.
