The Credit Card Payment Reconciliation report is designed to help your practice reconcile Worldpay-processed payment transactions with corresponding payments in the Dentrix Ledger from a single place, eliminating the need to log in to the Worldpay iQ website to view credit card payment transaction reports and manually compare them to patient ledgers and payment transaction reports in Dentrix.
You can filter the Credit Card Payment Reconciliation report to show credit card transactions for today, yesterday, the last 7 days, date range, or month-to-date. You can also download the report to your local machine or device as a .csv file.
Totals appear at the top of the report, so you can quickly determine whether there are discrepancies that need to be investigated. For instance, a transaction that appears in Worldpay but doesn't in Dentrix may mean that the transaction was processed online but was not successfully routed to Dentrix and the patient's ledger.
