Removing a card does not remove it from the list in the Saved Credit Cards dialog box. The card is, however, removed from the Worldpay Vault and cannot be used going forward. Because the card still appears in the Saved Credit Cards dialog box, you can view the consent form.
To remove a saved credit/debit card
1. With a patient selected in the Ledger, in the toolbar, click the Saved Credit Cards button.
The Saved Credit Cards dialog box appears.
2. In the list, select the card that you want to remove, and then click Remove.
The Dentrix Pay Remove Card dialog box appears.
3. Click OK.
The card is removed from the Worldpay Vault, and its status in the Saved Credit Cards list changes to Removed.
