CareCredit provides your patients with a convenient option for financing their treatment. You can process CareCredit transactions in Dentrix and automatically post payments to the Ledger.
To enter a CareCredit payment
1. In the Ledger, select the patient whose payment you want to process.
2. Click Transaction, and then click Enter Payment.
The Enter Payment dialog box appears.
3. Enter the amount of the payment, and under Payment Types, click CareCredit Payment - Thank You.
4. Click OK.
The CareCredit website appears.
5. Enter the information required to process the payment and submit the transaction.
The transaction appears as a CareCredit payment in the Ledger.
