An "L" icon (
,
) appears on a patient's appointment
in the Appointment
Book when the Lab Case option
is selected for the appointment. You can click the symbol to open the
attached lab case. The following colors indicate the status of the lab
case:
Red "L" - Indicates that the Lab Case option is selected in the Appointment Information dialog box, but there is not an attached appointment (a case has not been selected by clicking the Attach Case button).
Blue "L" - Indicates that the Lab Case option is selected in the Appointment Information dialog box, and that a case is attached. The case is considered "sent to the lab."
Purple "L" - Indicates that the lab case attached to the appointment is an "in-house" case.
White "L" (green background) - Indicates that the attached case has been received.
Black "L" (light blue background) - Indicates that the attached case is open and/or in production.
White "L" (red background) - Indicates that the attached case is in production but is late, on hold, and/or has shipped but is late.
Black "L" (dark blue background) - Indicates that the attached case has shipped.
Black "L" (green background) - Indicates that the attached case is closed.
