Adding shipping methods

You can use various shipping methods to send lab cases to labs. In The Lab Case Manager, you can set up and edit these shipping methods so you can track each case.

To add a shipping method

1.   In the Lab Case Manager, click Setup, and then click Shipping Method(s) Setup.

The Shipping Method(s) Setup dialog box appears.

2.   To add a shipping method, click Add.

The New Shipping Method dialog box appears.

 

3.   Do the following:

·        Shipping Type - Select Courier or Driver and then type appropriate name in the text field.

·        Tracking Number - Select Yes or No as appropriate.

·        Pick-Up Time - Select and then type the approximate time the courier or driver picks up cases.

·        Arrival Time - Select and then type the approximate time cases return from the lab.

4.   To add the shipping method to the list, click OK.
