Setting the Receive Options view

You can use the Receive Options tab to set receive options and view dates.

To set the Receive Options view

1.   In the Lab Case Manager, click View.

The Lab Case Manager View dialog box appears.

2.   Click the Receive Options tab, and do the following:

·        Receive Method - Click the From and To search buttons to set a range of cases received by a specific shipping method.

·        Received By - Select the providers from the list who received the cases that you want to view, or select one or both of the following:

·        Select All -

·        List Inactive -

·        Estimated Receive Date - Select one of the following options to view cases estimated to be received by a certain date or date range:

·        All - View all cases regardless of estimated receival.

·        Absolute - View cases estimated to be received within a date range. Type the range in the From and To fields.

·        Relative - View cases estimated to be received relative to the current date. Select Next or Previous and the number of days. For example, if you select Previous and 7 days and are viewing the Lab Case Manager on September 8, the view includes lab cases estimated to be received from September 1 through September 7.

·        Actual Received Date - Select one of the following options to view cases received on a certain date or date range:

·        All - View all cases regardless of when they were received.

·        Absolute - View cases received within a date range. Type the range in the From and To fields.

·        Relative - View cases received relative to the current date. Select Next or Previous and the number of days. For example, if you select Previous and 7 days and are viewing the Lab Case Manager on September 8, the view includes lab cases received from September 1 through September 7.

3.   Select Save as Default to save your settings, and then click OK.
