Inactivating a patient's medical condition

You can inactivate a patient's medical conditions, allergies, medications, and prescriptions.

To inactivate a patient's medical condition

1.   Open the Health History module for the patient whose medical condition you want to activate.

The Health History window for the selected patient appears.

2.   Select the appropriate medical condition from the Medical Conditions list.

3.   In the toolbar, click the Inactivate button.

The following warning appears.

4.   To inactivate the medical condition, click OK.

The status of the medical condition changes to Inactive.
