Customizing the Document Center display
By setting the Document Center display options, you can personalize Document Center for your workstation. You can change the background color of the document preview, alter the zoom function, and sort the documents in the document tree.
To customize the Document Center display
1. In the Document Center, click Setup, and then click Document Center Display.
The Document Center Display Setup dialog box appears.
2. To change the background color of the Document Preview pane, click the Top or Bottom lists and select a color under Background.
Note: To have a mixed gradient, select different Top and Bottom colors.
3. As appropriate, do the following:
· Document Sort Order – Select whether to sort the documents within each category in the Document Tree by Ascending or Descending order.
· Zoom Options – Click Double-Click Document to View Full Screen and then select a default preview zoom from the list.
· Default Preview Zoom – Select a default zoom percentage from the list.
· Zoom Factor – Select a percentage for the zoom factor.
Note: Zoom Factor allows you to select the zoom percentage for the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons. For example, if you select 50%, the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons will zoom in or out in 50% increments when clicked.
4. To save your changes, click OK.
