You can alter the appearance of image documents from the Document Preview pane using the Modify Document toolbar. Only image documents can be altered using the Modify Document toolbar.
To modify an image document
In the Document Center, click Edit, and then click Modify Document.
The Modify Document toolbar appears in the Document Preview pane.
