The Credit Balance Report lists guarantors with credit balances, along with their phone numbers.

	Why:	To view and/or contact guarantors with a credit balance.
	When:	Monthly

How do I run the Credit Balance Report?

In the Office Manager, from the Reports menu, point to Ledger, and then click Aging Report. Ensure Credit Balances is selected, and then click OK. For step-by-step instructions on how to run this report, see the Dentrix Help (in the Office Manager, from the Help menu, click Contents).

What information does this report provide?

A. Guarantor Details – The name, billing type, phone number, last payment date, and balance of each guarantor.

B. Total Credit Balances – The combined total of guarantor balances.
