If the Carestream RVG sensor is not working, you can troubleshoot it.
To troubleshoot the Carestream RVG sensor
1. To ensure that you have the correct drivers, open the Device Manager, and then locate the sensor in the device list.
The sensor may be listed as RVG 5x00/6x00.
If the sensor hasn't been initialized, it may appear as RVG 5100/6100 Loader.
Note: The name of the device in the Device Manager may change depending on the sensor model.
