Removing an account from the list

You can remove accounts temporarily from the Collections Manager list.

To remove an account temporarily

1.   Start the Collections Manager.

2.   Right-click the guarantor you want to remove temporarily, and then in the submenu, click Hide Account.

The selected account is removed from the list.

Note: Enabling Hide Account temporarily removes the patient from the list. If no information has changed when the list is generated again, the account will reappear on the list. To remove an account permanently, you must change the guarantor's billing type to a type that is not displayed on the list.
