If a patient has an extended treatment history, you can view only the progress notes that are related to a specific tooth or teeth.
To view progress notes for selected teeth
1. Select a patient.
2. From the Graphic Chart, select the tooth or teeth that you want to view in the Progress Notes panel.
3. In the Patient Chart, click View, point to Progress Notes, and then click By Selected Teeth.
Only the procedures and conditions posted to the selected teeth appear in the Progress Notes panel.
