By auto-hiding the Patient Chart panels, you can increase the size of the Graphic Chart making it easier to view.
To auto-hide a Patient Chart panel
1. From
the Patient Chart, click the Auto-hide button 
on the
Procedure Buttons, Procedure Codes, Progress Notes, or Clinical Notes
panel.
The panel is replaced with a tab, and it is placed on the right- or bottom-edge of the Patient Chart window.
2. To view the panel, mouse-over the tab.
3. To restore the panel, mouse-over the tab and click the Auto-hide button.
The panel is restored to its original size and position.
