Dentrix 25.1 includes the following enhancements:
· Smart Image has been updated to include the modality view, which introduces a new level of flexibility and efficiency to viewing intraoral images. From the modality view, you can navigate intraoral X-ray and intraoral image stacks. For more information, please refer to the Dentrix Release Guide and the Dentrix Help for Smart Image.
· Insurance eligibility requests no longer remain in the current month for appointments that occur in the first week of a new month.
· An Eligibility Options tab was added to the Preferences dialog box. From this new tab, you can adjust Batch Eligibility Verification (calendar day lead prior to appointments) and Eligibility Expiration Days (number of days before an eligibility request expires).
· System requirements minimums have been updated in the Dentrix Installer.
· The American Dental Association’s CDT codes have been updated for 2025. Henry Schein One maintains a licensing agreement with the ADA that allows us to bring those changes to your practice management system as a software update. If you are enrolled in Dentrix Connected Care Essentials and use Dentrix G7.5 or later, Dentrix automatically downloads and installs the new codes.
