Previewing Treatment Planner reports

If the Print Preview option was selected when setting up the options for any of the Treatment Planner reports, the Print Preview window appears after you click OK from the corresponding report options dialog box.

In the Print Preview window, you have the following options:

·        Navigation buttons - If the report has multiple pages, you can click the arrows to navigate the document:

To go back to the first page, click the First Page button.

To go back to the previous page, click the Previous Page button.

To advance to the next page, click the Next Page button.

To advance to the last page, click the Last Page button.

·        Go To Page - If the report has multiple pages, you can click the Go To Page button to open the Go To Page dialog box.

Enter the Page Number you want to view, and then click OK.

·        Print - You can print the report being displayed:

1.   Click the Print button .

The Print dialog box appears.

2.   Select the appropriate printer from the Name list. The Patient Chart's default printer is selected by default.

3.   Click All Pages; or click Page Range, and then type the range of pages you want to print. (If only one page is to be printed, enter the range as From that page To that page.)

4.   Enter the Number of Copies you want to print.

5.   Click OK to send the report to the selected printer.

·        Export - Click the Export button to open the Export Report dialog box.

Select the location where you want to save the report, type a File name, select a file type (you have the following Save as type options: Crystal Reports *.RPT, Adobe Acrobat *.PDF, Microsoft Excel *.XLS, Microsoft Excel Data Only *.XLS, Microsoft Word *.DOC, and Rich Text Format *.RTF ), and then click Save.

·        Zoom - If you want to increase or decrease the zoom, click the Zoom button , and then select Page Width or Whole Page, or a percentage (Zoom 200, Zoom 150, Zoom 100, Zoom 75, Zoom 50, or Zoom 25).

·        Search - You can search for any text on the current page of the report being displayed. Type the text (whole or partial word, or multiple words) you want to search for in the field (the field is not case-sensitive), and then click the Search button .

The first instance of the text, if found, is shown and outlined with a red box.

As you continue clicking the Search button, the next instances, if any, of the search text are shown.
